Dale and I just celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary, and instead of taking a long vacation, we decided to sneak away for a quick trip to the Smoky Mountains.
And somehow, we packed A LOT into a very short getaway. 😂
We stayed at a little cabin-style motel tucked away in Gatlinburg, walked through The Village, had breakfast at one of Gatlinburg's most well-known pancake houses, and then I surprised Dale with something he had absolutely NO idea I had planned.
Let's just say it involved an open-air vehicle and a few hours driving through the mountains. 😁
We found a little place to eat along the way with a gorgeous mountain view, and before heading home, we finished our trip with pirate mini golf.
Oh—and I got a hole-in-one.
Dale needed five shots.
